Sam's Testimony

Jesus touched my life when I decided to give up in my hopeless situation.

I had no answer for the relevance of my existence until I understood the everlasting love of Christ. Failures and rejections constantly haunted me and kept me depressed for many years, later chained by addiction to alcohol and smoking. In that time God was very gracious in my life. He made me realise that “I have forsaken my first love” (Revelation 2:4 in the Bible) and I strongly felt that I needed to return home. From there on, it was a new beginning.

Only Jesus Christ can save you. Only when you “grasp His hand” will your sins be forgiven – and they are many. If you try to find acceptance with God by “being good”, you will never succeed – you are too sick to save yourself. Neither can any religion (including Christianity) save you. Only Christ can.

Jesus said: “God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life” (John 3:16 in the Bible).

Grasp the hand of Jesus while there is still time. Tomorrow may be too late.
